The house is located in the exclusive Playa Chiquita, a familiar neighborhood full of restaurants and with a minimarket closed by.

The villa, new, has all the amenities you would need to enjoy the jungle without losing the city vibe, the villa would help you disconnect from the stressful life back home, having a dreamed vacation in the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica. A perfect excuse to get lost in nature and fall in love with the rainforest!

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is located in a Resort, with two other villas, they share the parking and also the swimming pool.

Rates 2022 → 2023

Standard Season. Minimum 2 nights. 

January until Semana Santa. 

Semana Santa until May 3.  

From June 24- to September 1. 

Dec 1- Dec 16.  

 

$225 per night. 

Mid Season. Minimum 2 nights.

September and October. 

250$ per night

High Season. Minimum 4 nights. 

Easter, Christmas, New Years, Mother's Day in Costa Rica - August 15th

275$ per night.

Low Season. 

May and November. 

200$ per night.

**RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY **


RESERVATIONS:

Caribbean Vacation CR requires payment of the 50% rent to make the reservation.  

Two weeks before the check-in the other 50% of the rental plus the deposit guard, 500$. 

Check-in: From 3 pm 

Check out: 11:00 a.m

It is not allowed to smoke inside the property.

Pets are not allowed.

CANCELLATIONS No refund of the rent will be made, for cancellation, change or earlier departure, in case of not being able to attend due to the emergency caused by COVID -19, modifications will be made without penalty or credit note valid for one year, allowing the dates to be changed once. . 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The advance or total payment of the reservation is not refundable in case of cancellation.

The only exceptions are the following: 

-In high season, 100% of the total amount of reservations will be requested.  In case of cancellation, 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 90 days before the check-in date; and 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days before the check-in date. 

In low and standard season, 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 90 days before the check-in date; 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days before the check-in, and 25% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before the check-in. 

In case of not being able to enjoy the reservation due to the health emergency caused by COVID-19, a credit note will be made to be used within a year, allowing only 1 change of dates.
