The Bodhi and Nirvana Villas are just a short 100m walk away from the ocean and right in the heart of Playa Chiquita. There are restaurants just steps away from the property, so no need to drive. This exotic tropical villa is in lush, gated gardens next to one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica.

Our location is perfect for guests who love the beach & want the total convenience of restaurants and an excellent grocery shop just steps away.

These Villas are custom built & professionally decorated. It has sliding French doors in the living room & bedrooms that open to a covered patio area which brings the tropics in.  There is a covered outdoor living area that gives you the option of lounging or dining outdoors.  Monkeys, sloths and toucans & parrots are frequent visitors to the gardens.

Both villas have a kitchen and a huge luxury bathroom. Each villa has 2 bedrooms with queen beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning units for a comfortable night's sleep. They have a common area with pool and cabana in the middle of lush gardens. . The villas can be rented individually or together, providing 4 bedrooms in total. It is the perfect place for large groups, family trips, couples trips and more. With an almost limitless range of activities available including world class surfing, yoga, fishing, horseback riding, sailing, scuba diving, and tropical adventure, everyone will enjoy.

**RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY **

RESERVATIONS:

Caribbean Vacation CR requires payment of the 50% rent to make the reservation.  

Two weeks before the check-in the other 50% of the rental plus the deposit guard, 350$ per villa.

Check-in: From 3 pm 

Check out: 11:00 a.m

​

It is not allowed to smoke inside the property.

Pets are not allowed.

​

CANCELLATIONS No refund of the rent will be made, for cancellation, change or earlier departure, in case of not being able to attend due to the emergency caused by COVID -19, modifications will be made without penalty or credit note valid for one year, allowing the dates to be changed once. . 

CANCELLATION POLICY

The advance or total payment of the reservation is not refundable in case of cancellation.

The only exceptions are the following: 

-In high season, 100% of the total amount of reservations will be requested.  In case of cancellation, 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 90 days before the check-in date; and 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days before the check-in date. 

In low and standard season, 100% will be refunded if the cancellation is made 90 days before the check-in date; 50% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 90 and 60 days before the check-in, and 25% of the total amount of the reservation if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days before the check-in. 

In case of not being able to enjoy the reservation due to the health emergency caused by COVID-19, a credit note will be made to be used within a year, allowing only 1 change of dates.
